The Manufacture restaurant, which has existed since 1989, is a former Seita tobacco factory revamped to look like a contemporary loft. This restaurant is delicious and its charm catches you as soon as you walk through the revolving door.

Jean-Christophe Lebascle is at the head of “La Manufacture”. Originally from Brittany, his itinerary has taken him to the four corners of France, and even beyond our borders, to expand his culinary know-how.
